Studio Policies

Joe offers 45- and 60-minute lessons. Santaniello Vocal Studios do not offer 30-minute lessons as we do not think it leaves enough time to work on technique.

Location

30 Silvermine Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06850.
Please drop off students in the front of the house, and do not park in or block the driveway.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made weekly or at the first lesson of each month. Payment received more than a week following the corresponding lesson will result in an additional 10% charge. Lessons should be paid for in cash, through Venmo, or by check. All checks should be written out to "Santaniello Vocal Studios". If the check bounces, the student's party is responsible for all bank fees plus an additional 10% charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes in lesson schedule should be solidified as early as possible. However, lessons cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time must be paid for in full. Students are not permitted more than 6 lessons missed in a full calendar year period, as lessons are still given through the summer. Religious holidays, and extreme weather conditions do not count towards the 6 allowed. Any additional absence could result in removal from the studio.

Practice

Daily practice at home should be enforced by both students and parents. Even when a student is not feeling well or in good voice, students should recite and study their song texts, research background information on their repertoire.

Materials

Sheet music will be provided, although students are required to keep an organized three-ring binder of their repertoire.
Students should always bring a water bottle and pencil to each and every lesson.
