SVS isn’t just a studio, it’s a family. Whether you plan on pursuing a career in music, or enjoy singing as a hobby, Joe will immediately be fully invested in your technique, personal growth, confidence, and artistry. And this commitment doesn’t stop after high school or college! Joe likes to keep in touch with and assist  current AND former students of all ages, which as an alumni, I am extremely grateful for.

One of the things I enjoy most about Joe’s teaching is how he guides students on their own individual journey. There is no single “method” or strategy that Joe employs, your lesson is carefully crafted to fit YOUR needs and YOUR goals. Joe is also a teacher who continues to learn for himself. He is constantly trying to discover and test all sorts of new or different techniques, methods, and, applications, while still maintaining a solid foundation of vocal knowledge. There is one thing that is in fact constant across everyone’s training, which, along with proper technique, is confidence. I think almost everyone who has been part of this studio can say that Joe has helped them to break out of their shell and to use their vocal abilities to uplift themselves in ways they didn’t know were possible.

This encouragement is also buzzing throughout everyone in the studio! Any opportunity, in or out of studio performances, we are here to cheer as loud (and as vocally healthy) as  we possibly can for our family. If there’s an event where you are singing, Joe will most definitely be there to support you. The growth that me and others have experienced is truly indisputable, and Joe has worked wonders for me and the rest of this community. I cannot express my support for him enough, and send a very warm welcome to any new additions to our family!
